My name is Stephanie Firth and I am a South Florida native and Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I earned both my Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) and Master of Social Work (MSW) from Florida Atlantic University.
My professional foundation was first established in substance use treatment, and I have since broadened my expertise to include extensive work with acute mental illness, trauma, psychotic disorders, neurodivergent populations, and personality disorders.
I am formally trained in EMDR and have found deep professional fulfillment in guiding clients through trauma recovery using this modality. My clinical practice is grounded in evidence-based approaches, including CBT, REBT, and ACT, ensuring that interventions are both effective and thoughtfully tailored.
