I am originally from St. Louis Missouri but like most of us just love living in Florida. I have a master’s Degree in mental health counseling and have been a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) since 2003. I became a qualified supervisor in 2008 where I teach young aspiring therapists different skills sets and augmentation of their discipline in various therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I have worked in a multitude of settings over the years including outpatient, inpatient, dual diagnosis settings as well as home, school & community-based counseling for over 25 years.
My specialties include individual, family, couples and marital counseling as well as work on various issues including depression, anxiety, grief, abuse, ADHD, conflict resolution and anger management.
