I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 7 years of experience at outpatient and residential treatment centers in both Connecticut and Florida. I am originally from Connecticut and moved to Florida in 2015 after completing my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern Connecticut State University. I also received a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Neuroscience from the University of Connecticut. I have worked with clients with a variety of mental health and substance use disorders and have helped them with issues such as change, anxiety, depression, and trauma. As a therapist, I truly enjoy learning about my clients, building a healthy relationship and providing them a safe environment to assist in reaching their goals.
In my free time I enjoy being outdoors, paddle boarding, snorkeling, hiking, and playing tennis. I enjoy cooking and trying different restaurants and cuisines. I love to read, watch movies, and spend time with my husband and two cats.
